Whether you are recovering after a hospital stay or surgery, managing a neurological or orthopaedic condition, living with or beyond cancer, or experiencing breathlessness or a long-term respiratory condition, we are here to support you. We also help improve strength, balance, and confidence to reduce the risk of falls and support ongoing independence. Our approach is focused on helping you stay active, maintain your independence , and achieve meaningful goals that matter to you, so you can continue to live well, safely and confidently.
We’re based in Cowbridge, but cover the Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff and Bridgend. If you live outside these areas, please contact us to discuss.
