Eli Refurbishments is a Romford-based refurbishment business run by Elbasan Gjoka (Eli), who has worked in the trade for 13 years. Eli and a team of three to four people fit bathrooms and kitchens, carry out full house and flat refurbishments, and handle painting and decorating, carpentry, staircase renovation, flooring, silicone rendering and fencing. Eli holds an NVQ Level 2 in rendering and a CSCS card. Gas and electrical connections are made by Gas Safe registered engineers and certified electricians he arranges. Every job starts with a free site visit and a written, fixed-price quote, and workmanship is guaranteed in writing for 12 months. We work across Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Brentwood and east London, and take on projects further into London.
